Netflix static video. It is connected via HDMI, and only a single HDMI port from my GPU works for some reason. i do get the sound coming through perfectly but no image just static. I use two sets, a monitor, and an old LG television (both sets support 1920x1080 resolution). Every time I open Netflix, the screen is flashing static for 2 seconds and then it goes back to normal for 1 second, it stays in this loop until my TV loses signal.
